Terms and Conditions of Service - Valtrix Dev

Welcome to Valtrix Dev. By hiring our sales systems implementation and automation services, you accept the following terms.

1. Subject of Service

Valtrix Dev offers three main sales infrastructure solutions:

• Landing Flash Plan: High conversion landing page with lead delivery via email.
• Pro Funnel Plan: Landing page, extended copywriting, automation with n8n and lead organization in Google Sheets.
• AI Ecosystem Plan: All of the above plus a trained Sales AI Agent and automatic scheduling in Google Meet.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Management

The client will provide the logo and basic information ("raw information"). The Valtrix Dev team will transform said material into persuasive copywriting. Once the Setup payment is finished, the client has the right to use the texts and structure created for their specific project.

3. Infrastructure and Third-Party Tools

Our systems operate by integrating external tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, Google Meet and AI models. Valtrix Dev is not responsible for global interruptions in the services of these providers, although we guarantee the stability of the connections under the contracted maintenance plans.

4. Payment Processing

All payments for Setup, Add-ons (CRM, Domain) and monthly Maintenance are processed securely globally through the Paddle platform.
