At Valtrix Dev, we are committed to the quality of our implementations. Our refund policy is governed by the following criteria:
1. Setup Stage
The Setup payment (implementation) covers hours of specialized technical work and copywriting. Therefore, no refunds are made once the onboarding process and work on the infrastructure have begun.
2. Maintenance and Subscriptions
Monthly maintenance covers active support and hosting of the logic flows. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds are issued for the current month.
3. Guarantee
We guarantee that the systems will function according to the technical specifications agreed upon in the hiring. In case of technical errors in the implementation, Valtrix Dev will fix them at no additional cost as part of the initial support.
